Badland is a winch brand that provides good quality winches. However, they don’t have as operation that is as wide or as big as other major winch names. Badland does not have a very wide variety of products as Warn or Smittybilt. This begs the question, what winch parts can be used with Badland winches?
In this guide, we will examine a few winch parts that you can use with the Badland 2500 lb winch.
Mile Marker 19-52316-50 Synthetic Rope (B003F03OG)
The first item on our list is a synthetic rope from Mile Marker. This rope is 3/16 inch thick and is 50 feet long. It has a listed breaking force of 4600 lbs but is recommended for use in ATVs and UTVs.
It is perfect for the Badland 2500 lb winch. This does not mean that it is necessarily a Badland 2500 winch part, but it is a very viable replacement. It is in the signature Mile Marker orange and black color. It comes with a clevis hook.
Of course you can get a synthetic rope from pretty much any other winch accessories manufacturer, but what I like about Mile Marker is that they are an approved supplier to the US military. Just imagine how good quality their products are if the military uses them.
This is not the type of super synthetic ropes that other manufacturers create, with the super anti-abrasion technology or whatnot. But it is super strong. The listed breaking point is 4600 lbs. But some consumers actually reported that it exceeded that weight.
If you need a totally reliable synthetic winch rope for your Badland 2500 winch, this Mile Marker is definitely a good option.
Poison Spyder 45-45-010 Aluminum Hawse Winch Fairlead (B00KDO3P5A)
The next item on the list is a hawse fairlead. The part where the rope goes through is made of 6061-T6 billet aluminum, so it is light and yet strong. It has a very smooth surface to feed your synthetic rope through. It has a powder coated finish in a semi-gloss black color.
The build of the fairlead is stainless steel. All the mounting hardware is included. An installation manual is also part of the package. This can accommodate any winch line with a thickness of 5/8 inch and thinner.
A good advantage you can get with this fairlead is that it looks cool. I don’t know about you but that is a big advantage for me. It is a simple install, but then again, it is just a fairlead, it should not be even remotely challenging to install it.
So far, I don’t see any problems with it. The winch rope smoothly glides over the aluminum. It is tough and looks like it can last a very long time.
Badland is a winch manufacturer that sells winches at very good prices. However, the brand does not provide winch accessories as widely as other winch brands do. Good thing that there are winch manufacturing companies that do that. And fortunately, these winch parts are compatible with one of Badland’s most reliable winches, the Badland 2500 winch.
The items listed here are very good items. They are perfect Badland 2500 winch parts. They are appropriately priced, and are easy to install.
